We are growing! Virtual Assistant needed
We are looking for someone to join our virtual team of committed social entrepreneurs with various areas of specialization—graphics, technology, writing, marketing—who have been working together for 8+ years.
As content marketing professionals in the elder care space, we assist our clients to distinguish their businesses through the distribution of branded websites, e-newsletters, blogs, handouts, and presentations. Each client business also receives an area exclusive. (None of their local competitors can license our resources.)
Elder Pages Online clients are hospices, home care agencies, and geriatric care managers who assist older adults and their families through the very challenging journey of aging and elder care.
We find meaning in helping our clients grow their businesses while also supporting thousands of caregiving families nationwide. At last count we touch 50,000 subscribers.
Virtual Assistant - Deadline 2/15/22
This team member will be relied upon to assist Aria Mikkola-Sears, our Administrative Coordinator, with data entry tasks on WordPress, LinkedIn and Constant Contact. These tasks are time-sensitive, but there is plenty of room for flexibility and organizing your own schedule.
Projects will include:
- Creating and scheduling monthly e-newsletter announcements across multiple Constant Contact accounts
- Creating .pdfs through WordPress for emailing to clients
- Entering and publishing weekly LinkedIn blogs
Qualities: All the members of our virtual team do well because we are detail-oriented self-starters. We are superb at collaborating, meeting deadlines, and communicating promptly and well with each other: online and in real time.
Software: Ideally you would have experience with WordPress, Constant Contact, Google Drive, Facebook and LinkedIn. An extra plus (and possibly extra hours) if you are proficient with Photoshop or InDesign.

Starting wage: $25/hour with room to grow
Average hours: 2-5/week
Start date: Early March. We’re flexible.
