  • A branded flyer is created to help you pass along program specific information in hard copy or as an emailed PDF. Included in the flyer is the custom URL to the landing page.
  • A letter for referrers allows you to make a pitch to attorneys, wealth managers, physicians or other professionals working regularly with clients who could benefit from your service. Include your flyer with the letter.

Safety Net program

Ideal for solo agers or older adults whose family lives far away, this type of program allows you to meet clients earlier in the process and get paid for the time you spend on call, creating a chart, etc. In a nutshell, for an annual fee, you agree to be the go-to person if the client needs to go to the ER. (Once at the ER, your services convert to your hourly rate. Clients are simply purchasing the assurance that someone who knows them and their history, medicines and goals of care will be available to advocate in an emergency.)
