Check Availability and Request More Info

We’re glad you’re interested! Many of our marketing services are licensed regionally. To ensure quality and avoid overlap, we typically work with only one eldercare provider per marketing area. Whether you’re exploring a specific product or just curious about what’s available for your region, we’d love to connect.

Business Boosters

Reach clients and referrers with engagement kits.

Eldercare professionals provide so many services, sometimes you need to zero in on just one and give it a boost of focused marketing: to referrers, to families, to proactive planners. That way you can lean heavily on that service and collect contact information for those who might be interested. It also gives referrers an easy way to send clients your direction who specifically need that service. Here’s how we support you:

  • A branded landing page gives people a focused place to learn about a specific service—without distractions. It typically has a custom URL (like [YourCommunity]SafetyNet.com) that’s easy to remember and helps you track results. The page includes a contact form so visitors can request more info, turning them from curious browsers into engaged leads you can follow up with based on their interests.
  • A branded flyer is created to help you pass along program specific information in hard copy or as an emailed PDF. Included in the flyer is the custom URL to the landing page.
  • A letter for referrers allows you to make a pitch to attorneys, wealth managers, physicians or other professionals working regularly with clients who could benefit from your service.
  • Social media updates with text and graphic that allow you to post on Facebook for clients and families, and LinkedIn for referrers.
  • Ancillary program materials facilitate a quick launch if this is a new service. Take advantage of our national experience and the tech resources we have learned over time to be effective. From online scheduling to interactive PDFs, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel.

You receive a territorial exclusive. While you license a Booster Package, no one else in your service area can license it and use the landing page, flyer, blog, etc.

Safety Net Program

The Safety Net Program is an outreach campaign that helps you connect with at-risk older adults and their families before a crisis occurs, offering education, support, and a clear path to your services.

Caregiver Coaching

The Caregiver Coaching Program is a focused marketing campaign that positions you as a trusted guide for overwhelmed family caregivers, offering support, guidance, and a direct connection to your services.

* These Business Booster packages come with a territorial exclusive, meaning none of your competitors can license the same package. To maintain your territorial exclusive and be sure your flyer, letters and landing page do not conflict with other Elder Pages Online clients, this Booster Package is not appropriate for those planning to offer coaching nationwide, or statewide except for very small or sparsely populated states.

Safety Net program

Ideal for solo agers or older adults whose family lives far away, this type of program allows you to meet clients earlier in the process and get paid for the time you spend on call, creating a chart, etc. In a nutshell, for an annual fee, you agree to be the go-to person if the client needs to go to the ER. (Once at the ER, your services convert to your hourly rate. Clients are simply purchasing the assurance that someone who knows them and their history, medicines and goals of care will be available to advocate in an emergency.)

The client receives an initial assessment, an Emergency Medical Document Kit, and quarterly phone calls to update medication lists, diagnoses, physicians, etc. Learn more in our blog on Safety Net programs).

Sometimes called a Safety Net program, other times “Peace of Mind” or “Caring on Call,” we boost your service by providing materials to help you announce, and then periodically reinvigorate interest about it:

  • A guide for what to consider when starting your program. Includes sections on financing, marketing, things to look out for.
  • A branded landing page with details, a biography and a form to request more information (with text and email notifications to you when someone completes it).
  • A custom URL for the landing page that makes for an easy-to-remember web address (e.g. [YourCommunity]SafetyNet.com) and allows you to track responses to your campaign.
  • A branded flyer to send to referrers or to people who fill out the form on the landing page. You can also include it in your prospective client packet, or make it downloadable from your website.
  • A Word template of a letter to send to referrers (with the flyer), written specifically with the benefits of the service that will appeal to the professionals.
  • Text and graphics for a blog, email or newsletter article announcing your service.
  • Text and graphics for social media with posts for families (Facebook) and posts for referrers (LinkedIn).
  • Interactive PDFs for the Emergency Medical Document Kit, which helps Clients feel better receiving something tangible after a large outlay for an annual service. Giving them an Emergency Medical Document Kit allows you to create a succinct and easy-to-update record of their vital information.

Caregiver Coaching (coming soon)

While care managers typically think of the older adult as the client, there are services you can provide directly to family members. In many instances, you don’t have to meet or do an assessment of their relative. The service is about helping the family member to better cope with:

- Work life balance
- Stress management
- Strategies for difficult dementia behaviors
- Local resources
- Family conflict

As more people become comfortable with technology, you can offer these services by phone or video conferencing. Ideal for working family caregivers, or families who live far away. You receive:

  • A branded landing page with details, a biography and a form to request more information (with text and email notification to you when someone completes it).
  • A custom URL for the landing page that makes for an easy-to-remember web address [YourCommunity]CaregiverCoaching.com and allows you to track responses to your campaign.
  • Online scheduling calendar allows you to send clients a link so they can schedule a meeting at a time convenient to you both. We can assist you in thinking through your available times and integrating Calendly (the scheduling software) with your own digital calendar. If you wish to have people pay at the time of scheduling, we can help you integrate Calendly with your bank account.
